Leadership – this is an article on leadership and some views on what is needed for the 21st Century leader.  I was pleased to see that many views expressed are around values and morals and not separating our personal lives from work.  Much of this can only be done if profit is not the only goal of organisations.  We do have many organisations that profess to want profit along side people care however the reality when making people versus profit decisions is still often a different reality.  The question how much profit is enough has yet to be seriously addressed by many companies.
